About Us

The Texas Cultural Exchange Center (TCEC) was founded in June 2016 with the mission to promote a multi-cultural atmosphere and an exchange of diverse arts, led by people in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. TCEC is a non-political, non-religious, non-profit 501(c)3 association. TCEC is also a registered non-profit organization with the State of Texas, with headquarters located in Dallas.

TCEC is dedicated to promoting and preserving Asian traditional culture, fostering multicultural integration and providing community members with opportunities to experience the richness and beauty of diverse cultures.

Every year, TCEC organizes two grand art festivals during the traditional Asian New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival. These events allow the community to enjoy splendid and joyful artistic performances by artists around the world. Additionally, TCEC regularly showcases multicultural arts in many forms and fashions.
